Welcome to my Parisian Bakery.

“The concept for Julian was born from the sweet smells of classic French Pastries that fill the streets of Paris. It is the kind of place that you find on every corner and a gathering of all the bakeries that I have spent my life inside of. 

I knew early on that I wanted to learn everything about the art of French pastries and enrolled in pastry school in Paris. After years of mastering my craft, I was granted the opportunity to come to work in the US as an executive chef for Francois Payard, where I spent the last 10 years.

"It has always been my dream to open Julien, a simple, unpretentious French bakery that delivers fresh pastries, like the ones that are found in all the small bakeries on the streets on Paris. As Ernest Hemingway once said, "If you are lucky enough to have lived in Paris as a young man, then wherever you go for the rest of your life it stays with you, for Paris is a moveable feast."
